🔒 Principles of Privacy, Confidentiality & Zero-Retention

Althra Veil — Human Insight Consultant

Last Updated: November 8, 2025

1.Core Principle

I operate with a "Zero Data Retention" principle — meaning I do not store, archive, or collect personal data from anyone who interacts or consults with me, except what is directly necessary during the session.

I do not manage database systems, do not perform tracking, and do not store session records, IP addresses, or technical metadata in any form.

Privacy here is not an additional feature — but the foundation of my practice.

2.Temporarily Held Information

During the communication process, the only information that might be known is:

  • Name or identity you choose to use (can be real name, alias, or initials).
  • Email address or contact communication you use to schedule sessions.
  • Consultation context you voluntarily provide yourself.

This information is not stored after the session ends, unless:

  • You voluntarily want to continue a monthly retainer relationship,
  • or you agree to certain documentation held by you (not me).

3.No Storage & No Database

I do not store files, recordings, chat logs, or transcripts on personal computers, cloud, or third-party platforms.

After the session ends, all conversations and materials are considered closed energetically and administratively.

If a client wants to record a session (for example via Zoom or an encrypted platform), this is entirely under the client's responsibility.

I do not request, store, or manage any copies of such recordings.

4.Client Authority & Two-Way Confidentiality

Clients have full freedom to:

  • Hide their real identity (using a pseudonym).
  • Arrange their own encryption or communication security.
  • Delete or manage their own recordings without needing my permission.

I fully respect these decisions.

If a client wants sessions conducted through encrypted channels, I will accommodate such requests without objection.

Additionally, my identity as a consultant must also be kept confidential by the client.

My name, methods, work approach, or personal communication patterns may not be disseminated to the public, social media, or open forums in any form without my explicit written permission.

Clients are entitled to freely use all consultation results, insights, or understanding structures that emerge from this session within their personal, professional, or institutional environment.

However, such use may not be accompanied by mentioning my identity, my position as a source, or details of the consultation process that takes place in this space.

4A. Non-Storage Principle & Consultant Privacy

I do not manage data storage systems in any form.

All interactions with clients are direct and not recorded, not archived, and not stored on any device, server, or platform.

My identity as a consultant is part of professional integrity and personal security, therefore:

  • Clients are required to maintain the confidentiality of my name, identity, and involvement from public spaces or social media.
  • Clients are allowed to use all results, insights, or interpretations that emerge during the session for their personal, professional, or institutional interests without mentioning my identity or displaying session recordings in public spaces.
  • If an institution or company needs internal verification regarding the validity of results or communication, this becomes the responsibility and internal policy of that institution, not my responsibility.

I have no interest in becoming a public figure, do not do promotions, and do not allow any form of publication or virality that displays my name, image, or voice without written consent.

5.Communication & Encryption

All communication takes place through mutually agreed channels — for example email, Zoom, or private messaging platforms.

I do not provide servers, databases, or storage systems.

Clients can request that each session be conducted through channels with end-to-end encryption.

I do not access or store data from their devices, connections, or systems.

6.Ownership & Responsibility of Recordings

If a session is recorded by the client, then:

  • The recording becomes the full property of the client.
  • I am not responsible for the storage, distribution, or security of such recordings.
  • Clients are prohibited from sharing recordings without my written permission, as regulated in the Mutual NDA.

7.Relationship with SOP & NDA

This privacy policy applies to all forms of consultation.

However, clients with monthly retainers are also subject to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) which includes time responsibilities, ethical boundaries, and service compensation.

If involvement includes confidential or strategic materials, then a Mutual NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will be used for two-way legal protection.

8.Data Disclosure

I never share information, identity, or conversation content with any party — whether individuals, organizations, or institutions — except:

  • Required by law or formal legal process (and after notification to the client).
  • Upon written request and explicit consent from the client themselves.

9.Zero Archive Policy

I do not archive messages, files, or consultation materials.

After the session ends, all interactions are considered complete and permanently closed.

No backups, logs, or automatic storage are activated.

If clients want to maintain personal records, this responsibility lies entirely with the client.

10.Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as needed to explain or strengthen my privacy principles.

The latest version will always be marked with the update date above.

No changes will alter the basic principle: I do not store your data.
